लागवड़ी के तहत खराब भूमि की एंट्री एग्रीस्टैक योजना में होगी!
कोई बाधा नहीं; किसान फार्मर आईडी बनवा लें – जिला प्रशासन की अपील
बुलढाणा, 11 फरवरी (जिमाका): सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ पात्र किसानों तक पहुँचाने के उद्देश्य से एग्रीस्टैक योजना के तहत किसान सूचना संग्रह और उनके किसान पहचान क्रमांक (Farmer ID) बनाए जा रहे हैं। इस योजना में किसानों को लागवड़ी के तहत खराब भूमि (Substandard Land under Cultivation) को शामिल करने की सुविधा मिलेगी।
इस प्रक्रिया के लिए किसानों को तुरंत संबंधित तलाठी (Patwari) और मंडल अधिकारी (Revenue Circle Officer) से संपर्क करना होगा। उन्हें अपने 7/12 भूमि रिकॉर्ड (Satbara) पर दर्ज खराब भूमि (Potkharaab Class A Land) को कृषि योग्य भूमि में बदलने के लिए निर्धारित प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी। इससे उनकी कृषि भूमि का दायरा बढ़ जाएगा।
जिला कलेक्टर डॉ. किरण पाटील ने किसानों से अधिक से अधिक संख्या में फार्मर आईडी (Farmer ID) बनाने की अपील की है।
फार्मर आईडी केवल कृषि योग्य भूमि के लिए
एग्रीस्टैक योजना के तहत फार्मर आईडी केवल कृषि योग्य भूमि के लिए बन रही है। जिन किसानों ने अपनी खराब भूमि को कृषि योग्य बनाया है, लेकिन 7/12 रिकॉर्ड में बदलाव नहीं हुआ है, वे तलाठी और मंडल अधिकारी की मदद से ई-फेरफार प्रणाली (E-Ferfar System) के माध्यम से अपने 7/12 रिकॉर्ड में सुधार करवा सकते हैं।
जब यह भूमि कृषि योग्य भूमि में बदली जाएगी, तो एग्रीस्टैक प्रणाली में स्वतः फार्मर आईडी में दर्ज कृषि भूमि क्षेत्रफल बढ़ जाएगा। इसके अलावा, भविष्य में जब भूमि का हस्तांतरण (Land Transfer) होगा, तो यह फार्मर आईडी से स्वतः लिंक हो जाएगा।
किसानों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपनी जमीन के दस्तावेजों की सही एंट्री कराएं ताकि उनकी कृषि भूमि का क्षेत्रफल कम न दिखे। सभी किसान निकटतम जन सेवा केंद्र (CSC) पर जाकर फार्मर आईडी बनवा सकते हैं।
फार्मर आईडी में अपडेट जारी रहेगा
एग्रीस्टैक योजना के तहत फार्मर आईडी में खराब भूमि के बदले गए डेटा या 7/12 रिकॉर्ड के अन्य बदलावों को अपडेट करने की प्रक्रिया लगातार जारी रहेगी। इसलिए किसानों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे जल्द से जल्द निकटतम CSC केंद्र पर जाकर फार्मर आईडी बनवा लें।
योजनाओं का लाभ लेना होगा आसान
एग्रीस्टैक योजना के तहत सरकार किसानों और उनकी भूमि की एक आधार-संबद्ध जानकारी प्रणाली (Farmer Registry) बना रही है।
इस डेटाबेस के माध्यम से विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सीधे किसानों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। इससे किसानों को बार-बार ई-केवाईसी (E-KYC) करवाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।
बिना फार्मर आईडी योजनाओं का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा
यदि किसी किसान ने अपना 7/12 रिकॉर्ड आधार से लिंक कराकर फार्मर आईडी नहीं बनवाई, तो वह फसल बीमा (Crop Insurance), फसल ऋण (Crop Loan), पीएम किसान योजना (PM Kisan Yojana) और अन्य कृषि अनुदान (Crop Subsidies) का लाभ नहीं ले सकेगा।
इसलिए बिना किसी देरी के, किसी और का इंतजार किए बिना किसान को अपनी आधार आईडी को एग्रीस्टैक प्रणाली पर रजिस्टर करना चाहिए।

जन सेवा केंद्र (CSC),

No Hindrance; Farmers Should Get Their Farmer ID Ready – District Administration Appeals
Buldhana, Feb 11 (JIMAKA): To ensure that government schemes reach eligible farmers, the AgriStack Scheme is being implemented, where farmers' data records and Farmer ID numbers are being created.
Under this scheme, farmers can now include substandard land under cultivation. For this, they need to immediately contact their Patwari and Revenue Circle Officer and follow the official process to convert the substandard land (Class A) into agricultural land on their 7/12 land record (Satbara). This will increase their registered agricultural land area.
District Collector Dr. Kiran Patil has urged farmers to generate their Farmer ID in large numbers.
Farmer ID Only for Agricultural Land
The Farmer ID under AgriStack is being issued only for cultivable land. Farmers who have converted their substandard land into agricultural land but have not updated their 7/12 record can complete the necessary process with the help of Patwari and Revenue Circle Officers using the E-Ferfar System.
Once this land is converted into agricultural land, the registered cultivable land area in the Farmer ID will be automatically updated in the AgriStack database. Additionally, any future land transfer transactions will also be automatically linked to the Farmer ID.
Farmers are advised to ensure that their land records are accurate so that their cultivable land area is not reduced. They should visit their nearest Common Service Center (CSC) to create their Farmer ID.
Regular Updates in Farmer ID
Under the AgriStack scheme, updates to Farmer ID, including changes in substandard land conversion or 7/12 records, will be an ongoing process. Therefore, farmers should visit the nearest CSC center and create their Farmer ID as soon as possible.
Government Schemes to Be More Accessible
Through this scheme, the government is creating a Farmer Registry linked to their land and Aadhaar data.
This centralized database will help in the direct distribution of government scheme benefits to farmers. Additionally, farmers will no longer need to repeatedly complete e-KYC verification.
No Farmer ID, No Benefits
Farmers who do not link their 7/12 land record with Aadhaar and create a Farmer ID will not be eligible for crop insurance, crop loans, PM Kisan benefits, and various agricultural subsidies.
Thus, without waiting for anyone else, farmers must immediately register their Aadhaar ID on the AgriStack system.

Tehsildar Office.
